Position Summary
The Professional Services Engineer is responsible for working directly with clients to understand their requirements, implement tailored solutions, and provide ongoing technical guidance. This position bridges our engineering team and customer needs, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of engagements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work with clients to gather, analyse, and document technical requirements and business objectives
- Configure, deploy, and customise solutions to meet specific client needs
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure quality deliverables
- Provide technical training and documentation to client teams
- Support clients with implementation planning, best practices, and post-launch optimisation
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to resolve issues and improve solutions
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong technical foundation with proven experience in systems implementation or systems engineering
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Clear communication and client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required
