Product Marketing Director

OfficeSpace Software is hiring a Product Marketing Director to lead marketing strategy and execution for our AI operating system that powers workplace management across the built world. About the Role

As Product Marketing Director at OfficeSpace Software, you'll own the complete product marketing function, translating our platform capabilities into compelling market narratives that drive customer acquisition and retention. You'll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive leadership to define positioning, craft messaging, and execute campaigns that resonate with facility managers, workplace strategists, and enterprise decision-makers.

• Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates OfficeSpace in the workplace technology market
• Create customer-focused marketing content, case studies, and product launch materials
• Build and manage the product marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
• Collaborate with sales on competitive intelligence, customer pain points, and go-to-market tactics
• Lead pricing and packaging strategy development
• Drive demand generation initiatives through targeted campaigns and partnerships
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product roadmap priorities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Marketing Director or similar leadership role in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate technical features into customer value
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort thriving in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Data-driven approach to measuring campaign effectiveness and informing strategy
• Passion for the workplace or real estate technology space is a plus
