About the Role
As a Visual Design Associate Manager at Accenture in Wellston, Saint Louis County, you will sit inside Accenture Song's Design & Digital Products practice, where iconic brands are reimagined through emerging technology. You'll shape how products, services, and physical and digital spaces look and feel, balancing craft with measurable outcomes for both end-users and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide visual design direction across digital and physical experiences, ensuring a consistent, high-craft outcome.
- Contribute to defining and evolving brand systems and the visual tooling that supports them.
- Help build and maintain design systems that scale across products and teams.
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to translate brand strategy into tangible experiences.
- Mentor and support fellow designers while keeping work aligned to user needs and business goals.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design across brand systems, digital products, and experiences.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, plus experience contributing to design systems.
- Ability to lead design work and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Comfort working with emerging technology to drive creative and business impact.
- This is an on-site, full-time position based in Wellston, Saint Louis County.
