Supervisor in Training

UFP Moultrie is hiring a Supervisor in Training to join our production team in Moultrie, Colquitt County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop supervisory skills while driving operational excellence in our manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As a Supervisor in Training at UFP Moultrie, you'll take on increasing responsibility for managing production operations and leading our production team. You'll work directly with experienced management to develop the skills needed to oversee department-wide operations, while maintaining focus on cost efficiency, profitability, and production targets. This role combines hands-on learning with real operational accountability.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily production operations and coordinate workflow across your assigned department
• Train, mentor, and develop production team members, fostering continuous improvement in skills and performance
• Monitor and manage departmental costs, efficiency metrics, and production goals
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements across all production processes
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions to optimize operations
• Report production status and performance data to management on a regular basis
• Work collaboratively with other departments to meet company-wide production objectives
