About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Product Manager to join their growing team. Our client is focused on delivering exceptional customer and merchant experiences through innovative product development. This role offers the opportunity to shape product strategy and execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
As part of our client's product team, you'll work cross-functionally to develop and execute against the product roadmap, driving growth through user-centered design and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives across the full lifecycle, from ideation through execution, testing, and post-implementation analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather merchant and customer feedback and validate new product concepts
- Manage product execution by coordinating with engineering teams through sprint cycles
- Monitor and track product KPIs to ensure alignment with team and company objectives
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify high-leverage opportunities for product improvement
- Prioritize and refine product requirements based on user empathy and data insights
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related fields in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering measurable value to end users
- Strong analytical skills with competency in SQL and experience using data analysis tools
- Intellectual curiosity and a passion for understanding the "how" and "why" behind product decisions
- Bias toward innovation and enthusiasm for technology-driven solutions
- Financial services or payments experience preferred
- Startup or growth-stage company experience preferred
