About the Role

As a Private Client Banker at the Kings Contrivance Branch, you'll be the primary point of contact for Chase's most valued consumer clients. This is an in-branch, client-facing position centered on deepening long-term relationships, identifying each client's financial goals, and connecting them with the right Chase products and specialist partners. You'll represent the Chase brand through every interaction — making clients feel genuinely welcomed, heard, and well-served.

What You'll Do

• Cultivate and manage a portfolio of private client relationships, proactively reaching out to understand evolving financial needs
• Conduct thorough financial needs assessments and deliver tailored recommendations across banking, lending, and investment solutions
• Collaborate with Chase investment advisors, mortgage bankers, and business banking specialists to deliver a seamless, whole-client experience
• Acquire new-to-Chase clients through referrals, community engagement, and branch traffic
• Educate clients on digital tools and self-service options while maintaining a high-touch, personalized service standard
• Uphold compliance, risk management, and ethical banking practices in every client engagement
• Meet and exceed individual performance metrics while contributing to overall branch goals

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in financial services, retail banking, or a client-facing relationship management role
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or Series 6 and Series 63), or the ability to obtain them within a defined timeframe
• Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of building trust-based client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
• A genuine commitment to diversity, inclusion, and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Comfort working in a goal-oriented, team-driven branch environment in the Columbia, Maryland area
