Principal Platform Advisor – London

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal technology organization seeking a Principal Platform Advisor to join their London team. This is the most senior advisory role supporting their largest and most complex client relationships. You'll be the trusted technical owner for strategic accounts, managing escalations, driving adoption, and setting the standard for how the entire function operates.

Responsibilities

• Own technical health and escalation outcomes for Strategic Accounts, serving as the primary point of continuity and proactively monitoring usage signals to prevent risk
• Act as incident lead on critical service events, coordinating resolution, managing customer communication, and driving post-incident reviews that strengthen trust and inform product development
• Define and maintain escalation criteria, account-health models, and cross-functional processes that enable consistent delivery across the team
• Maintain comprehensive technical blueprints for each account including data architecture, integrations, security considerations, and workflow context
• Deliver technical enablement sessions that deepen product adoption and unlock new value for clients
• Collaborate with customer success teams on Quarterly Business Reviews linking technical health to business outcomes
• Coordinate resolution paths across technical teams while maintaining customer-facing ownership
• Handle high-priority support cases for assigned Strategic Accounts and serve as the escalation point before issues reach senior technical leadership

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience owning strategic, high-value B2B accounts in a technical advisory or customer success capacity
• Demonstrated ability to lead incident response or major escalations under pressure from start to finish
• Exceptional communication skills with both executive and technical audiences—able to present confirmed facts, explicit trade-offs, clear ownership, and avoid speculation
• Track record of building scalable frameworks and processes rather than one-off solutions
• Commitment to raising the bar for team performance and client outcomes
• Background in legal AI, legal technology, or regulated professional-services domains strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person collaborative environment
