Platform Consultant – London

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal technology organization in their search for a Platform Consultant based in London. Our client serves elite legal teams globally, delivering AI-powered workflow solutions that demand precision, speed, and enterprise-grade reliability. This is a high-impact role where you'll own complex technical issues for strategic accounts, working as part of a global support function that operates around the clock.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise and strategic premium client issues from initial report through complete resolution, maintaining seamless handoffs across global team members
• Build deep technical expertise across the platform's core products including AI assistant tools, document review systems, workflow automation, and editor integrations
• Communicate clearly and authoritatively with demanding professional users, translating technical complexity into actionable guidance
• Resolve issues independently before escalating; when escalation is necessary, provide complete diagnostics, impact analysis, and recommended solutions
• Identify recurring patterns and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and specialist teams to drive systemic improvements
• Create reusable support artifacts including playbook sections, troubleshooting guides, and resolution templates that elevate team standards
• Participate in global coverage model, ensuring enterprise clients experience consistent quality across time zones and handoffs

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing complex, high-stakes B2B relationships with professional service clients
• Demonstrated ability to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes and frustrated users into advocates
• Strong pattern recognition skills with ability to surface issues proactively and collaborate cross-functionally on solutions
• Technical curiosity and ability to learn new software platforms quickly while explaining concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Excellent written communication skills, especially under pressure—crisp updates with confirmed facts and clear next steps
• Hands-on experience with support platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar ticketing systems
• Background in SaaS, AI platforms, or legal technology strongly preferred
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with exacting standards
