Praktikant*in Brand & Product Marketing (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy software organization seeking an intern for Brand & Product Marketing. In this role, you will work at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, translating complex technology into clear messaging and building content that drives results.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Researching topics, writing copy, and developing stories for websites, newsletters, whitepapers, and case studies from initial draft through publication
• Building product marketing materials by working with product and sales teams to translate features into positioning, messaging, and content that strengthens brand and generates leads
• Planning, creating, and publishing posts on LinkedIn and other social channels while managing community engagement and monitoring
• Producing authentic photos and videos of team members, products, and customers on location with creativity and speed
• Supporting preparation and execution of trade show and event presence
• Measuring content performance, deriving insights, testing new formats, and contributing original ideas while leveraging AI tools to reduce manual work and increase efficiency

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or current enrollment) in Communications, Business, Engineering, or a comparable field; ideally top 20% performance at a leading university or business school, or clear evidence of excellence such as awards, competitions, personal projects, or published work
• Previous internships or working student roles in high-performance environments such as high-growth startups/scaleups, agencies with demanding clients, consulting, or comparable intensive settings
• Genuine ambition to build product and content marketing end-to-end rather than simply completing assigned tasks; you want to own projects and deliver visible results
• Strong writing skills in both German and English with the ability to transform technical complexity into clear, persuasive messaging
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design tools, SEO fundamentals, ideally HubSpot, and confident use of AI tools
• Team-oriented, low ego, reliable execution; you independently identify, prioritize, and complete tasks
• Interest in energy, climate, and B2B software

Contract details: Full-time internship (minimum 4 months), based in Berlin
