Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing services organization seeking a marketing intern to join their team in München for a 6-month placement starting October 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines while supporting high-profile events and trade shows.

In this role, you will:

• Support day-to-day marketing operations while managing your own smaller projects with team guidance
• Actively contribute to planning, organizing, and executing national trade shows, conferences, and events—from office preparation through on-site booth support
• Coordinate closely with speakers, sales colleagues, and external service providers
• Create briefings, prepare meetings and presentations, ensuring smooth workflows through structured work processes
• Contribute creative ideas to direct marketing campaigns and apply graphic design skills
• Maintain data in CRM systems and assist with lead generation and analysis

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Current enrollment as a student (minimum third semester) in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain structure and composure during busy periods
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively contribute
• Excellent communication skills, openness, and creativity—you enjoy sharing ideas and working collaboratively
• Very good German language proficiency, quick comprehension, and analytical thinking ability
• Technical affinity and proficient use of MS Office applications
