About the Role
As a Police Recruiter, you'll lead recruitment initiatives that attract qualified candidates from diverse backgrounds to the San Francisco Police Department. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates across the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond

- Manage recruitment records and track applicant progress through the hiring pipeline
- Collaborate with Human Resources and departmental leadership on staffing needs and hiring priorities

- Support full-cycle recruitment from posting through candidate onboarding
