About the Role

You'll be the bridge between Primo Brands' promotional vision and our club retail partners. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you'll own the complete promotional lifecycle—from strategy and planning through execution and performance analysis. This role requires clear communication, strong organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to building lasting partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Design and coordinate promotional campaigns specifically tailored for club and wholesale partners
• Develop promotional materials, pricing documentation, and partner communication packages
• Build and maintain relationships with club retailers, account managers, and internal sales teams
• Create promotional timelines and track campaign performance against established goals
• Gather partner feedback and market insights to refine future promotional efforts
• Communicate promotional opportunities, updates, and results across departments
• Support promotional event planning and execution as needed
• Identify partnership opportunities and market trends within the club retail channel

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external audiences
• Experience in marketing coordination, promotional planning, or partnership management
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and professional email management
