Position Summary

The Program Performance Insights Analyst role is essential to Cardinal Health's marketing expansion strategy. You'll evaluate marketing program effectiveness, uncover data-driven opportunities, and deliver actionable intelligence to cross-functional teams. This position sits within our Data & Analytics function, which drives informed decision-making across the organization by managing analytics infrastructure, reporting systems, and business intelligence solutions that identify market opportunities and anticipate competitive advantage.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing program performance against key metrics and established benchmarks to assess impact
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports that track program effectiveness, engagement, and ROI
• Extract insights from complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand business objectives and define analytics requirements
• Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats
• Support the development and implementation of analytics solutions and reporting frameworks
• Contribute throughout the analytics lifecycle, from data access and validation to insight delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, business, mathematics, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience analyzing marketing performance data and creating actionable reports
• Proficiency with analytics tools, business intelligence platforms, SQL, or similar technologies
• Strong ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience collaborating across functions in dynamic, results-oriented environments
