Manager, Revenue Management

Cardinal Health is hiring a Manager, Revenue Management in Glendale, Denver. This is a full-time position focused on developing and executing market strategy to drive profitability and competitive advantage across our product and services portfolio.

About the Role

As Manager, Revenue Management, you'll lead the development and execution of pricing strategies, value-capture initiatives, and market positioning that optimize revenue and margin performance. Working at both the strategic and tactical levels, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into actionable deal structures and commercial strategies that strengthen Cardinal Health's competitive position and financial results.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement pricing models, discount strategies, and contract structures that maximize revenue while maintaining market competitiveness
• Analyze market dynamics, customer segments, and competitive landscapes using advanced analytics and econometric modeling to inform strategic recommendations
• Develop deal strategies tailored to our product and service offerings, supporting sales and business unit teams in complex negotiations
• Monitor pricing performance and market trends, adjusting strategies in response to changing conditions and business priorities
• Collaborate with finance, sales, product, and operations teams to align revenue management initiatives with broader business objectives
• Lead projects that evaluate new market opportunities and optimize profitability across our portfolio

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, business analytics, or related role
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data modeling, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools
• Experience developing and communicating pricing strategies and financial recommendations to executive leadership
• Excellent communication and project management abilities; ability to influence across organizational boundaries
• Strategic thinking with a focus on both near-term execution and long-term value creation
