Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing consultancy based in Hamburg that is seeking a working student to support project management and consulting activities. In this role, you will work closely with the project team to ensure smooth execution of brand activation and shopper marketing initiatives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Supporting the team with project coordination, tracking timings and deliverables to maintain structured workflows
• Preparing data analysis and deriving initial assessments and recommendations from your findings
• Creating and refining presentations with attention to clarity, precision, and visual quality
• Using AI-supported tools to improve efficiency in research, evaluation, and content development
• Collaborating with internal team members and supporting communication across project stakeholders
• Bringing structure to information, working across multiple parallel workstreams, and maintaining oversight throughout

What We're Looking For

Our client is looking for a student enrolled in Economics, Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, or a comparable field. You should have strong analytical and organizational skills, with a careful and reliable working style.

Required qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work methodically on complex topics
• Strong attention to detail and dependable follow-through
• Interest in project management and consulting, with eagerness to take on responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AI tools is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Availability for 15 to 20 hours per week during the semester, with flexibility to increase hours during semester breaks

Prior practical experience through an internship or working student position is desirable but not mandatory.
