About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential education technology organization in Germany that is building the future of professional development in emerging technical fields. We are seeking a Team Lead for AI & Data Science Training Programs to drive curriculum strategy, manage instructional teams, and ensure cutting-edge content reaches adult learners across Germany. This is a 100% remote position based anywhere in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of instructors delivering AI and Data Science training programs, providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities
• Serve as subject matter expert, identifying content trends and recommending new qualification offerings aligned with market demands
• Monitor developments in artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, and analytics to inform portfolio strategy
• Ensure quality standards across all training offerings by evolving content, learning objectives, and instructional formats in collaboration with your team
• Coordinate with internal and external instructors to maintain optimal team coverage and manage deployment alongside scheduling teams
• Collaborate with product management as the central contact for course production and content decisions
• Analyze market feedback, customer input, and learner responses to continuously optimize existing programs and develop new offerings
• Guarantee that training content remains technically current, professionally relevant, and commercially successful

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in data and AI, data science, machine learning, analytics, or comparable technical environments
• Leadership experience or proven track record managing teams or professional networks
• Strong understanding of current developments in data and AI with intuition for which technologies and competencies matter for the job market
• Experience designing, developing, or managing training, professional development, or qualification programs
• Track record collaborating with instructors, subject matter experts, and diverse internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, reliability, empathy, and structured, self-directed work approach
• Very strong German language skills in speaking and writing

Preferred qualifications:

• Background in adult education or professional continuing education
• Hands-on experience with Python, data analytics, data science, machine learning, business intelligence, or generative AI
