About this role & career path
Phlebotomist III Territory roles typically sit above entry draw staff: stronger independence across a territory, complex or high-volume clients, and tighter quality expectations inside a national reference-lab workflow.
Build the skills for this role
Build reliable venipuncture technique, specimen integrity and labeling discipline, calm patient communication, and comfort working across multiple sites. No certification resources were provided for this listing.
- Walk through a difficult draw: identification, consent, site selection, and what you do if the first attempt fails.
- Explain labeling, packaging, and handoff steps that protect specimen quality for a large reference lab.
- Describe how you manage a multi-site territory schedule without missing time-sensitive collections.
Strong fit if you already draw confidently, stay precise under volume, and prefer field/territory work supporting Quest’s clinical lab pipeline over a single fixed clinic desk.
