What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a territory-based sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies that maximize market penetration and client retention
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and prospects in your territory
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
- Train, mentor, and support sales representatives to enhance their skills and productivity
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership, highlighting wins and improvement opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities and lead prospecting efforts across your territory
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and passion for customer service excellence
