Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional for our Environmental Services - Manager in Training position at our Rossmoor facility in Orange County. This full-time role offers a structured 12-week paid training program that prepares you to lead essential operations in a long-term healthcare setting.

What This Role Involves

As an Environmental Services Manager in Training, you'll develop leadership and operational expertise through comprehensive on-the-job and classroom instruction. You'll work toward managing a complete account within a healthcare facility while gaining real-world experience directing teams responsible for maintaining the clean, safe environments that support patient care and recovery.

Core Duties

• Supervise and direct housekeeping staff and daily operations
• Oversee laundry services, scheduling, and inventory control
• Manage floor care maintenance and facility cleanliness standards
• Implement and enforce sanitation and safety protocols
• Learn to develop and monitor operational budgets
• Practice management systems, documentation, and compliance procedures

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Genuine interest in developing management and healthcare operations skills
• Strong communication abilities and natural leadership aptitude
• Availability to work full-time at our Rossmoor location
• Physical capacity to conduct facility inspections and participate in training activities
• Reliability and commitment to maintaining high operational standards
