About This Position

As a Dietary Aide at Healthcare Services Group (HCSG), you'll play a vital role in supporting the health and wellness of residents in our long-term care facility. This is a full-time position where meal preparation and delivery are central to daily operations. You'll work within our dietary team to ensure every resident receives nutritious, properly portioned meals that meet their individual dietary needs.

What You'll Do

• Prepare meals and food items following established recipes and dietary guidelines
• Portion and serve meals to residents at scheduled mealtimes
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met during food preparation and serving
• Deliver meals to resident rooms or dining areas as needed
• Assist residents with special dietary accommodations or restrictions
• Clear trays and dining areas and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining spaces
• Collaborate with dietary supervisors and kitchen staff to support meal service excellence

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation
• Strong communication skills and compassion for residents in long-term care
• Reliability and punctuality in meeting scheduled shifts
• Prior food service or dietary aide experience is a plus, though we welcome motivated candidates ready to learn
