Home Care Assistance is actively recruiting Experienced Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to join our team in Jackson, Ocean County. Position Summary

As an Experienced Certified Home Health Aide, you'll provide essential personal care and support services to clients in their own homes. This role combines hands-on caregiving with compassionate client interaction, allowing you to build rewarding relationships while maintaining client independence and dignity. You'll work flexible schedules across various shifts, giving you control over your availability while serving clients who depend on quality in-home care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Help with mobility support and safe transfer techniques
• Maintain accurate records and report observations to supervisors and healthcare providers
• Provide light housekeeping services and meal preparation as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Transport clients to appointments and errands

What We're Looking For

• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide certification
• Proven experience providing in-home personal care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform caregiving duties safely
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Genuine compassion for client welfare and respect for privacy
