About the Role
As an Experienced Caregiver with Home Care Assistance (TheKey), you will help older adults live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New London, New London County, with openings available across all shifts. Pay begins at $18.00 per hour, and you'll join one of North America's leading providers of private-pay in-home senior care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, one-on-one personal care that respects each client's dignity and independence
- Assist with daily living tasks such as grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enrich each senior's quality of life
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition to ensure their ongoing well-being
- Follow individualized care plans while adapting to the unique needs of each household
Qualifications
- Prior hands-on caregiving experience supporting seniors or other adults
- A genuine commitment to reliable, respectful, and patient-centered care
- Strong communication skills and dependable attendance across assigned shifts
- Availability for full-time hours, with flexibility for day, evening, or overnight schedules
