About the Role

As an Experienced Caregiver with Home Care Assistance, you will join a respected local team affiliated with TheKey, the largest provider of private-pay, in-home care for older adults across North America. This is a full-time, on-site position in Farmington, Hartford County, with openings available across all shifts. Pay begins at $18.00 per hour, and your work directly improves the daily lives of the seniors you serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, one-on-one personal care that helps clients live safely and comfortably at home.
• Assist with daily living activities such as grooming, mobility, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support that promotes dignity and independence.
• Monitor each client's well-being and communicate any changes to family members and care coordinators.
