Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day sales execution and performance delivery across the assigned Hawke's Bay and Manawatu territory
- Service existing customers through regular visits, order support and issue resolution to protect and expand business
- Build, nurture and deliberately grow long-term customer relationships and account plans inside the territory
- Identify and convert new opportunities to strengthen market presence for the Foodservice portfolio
- Monitor territory results, prepare clear activity updates and collaborate closely with the wider Foodservice team
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions while maximising the value of the provided company vehicle and flexible arrangements
Skills & Qualifications
- Self-motivated approach with proven ability to own a sales territory and consistently deliver results
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills suited to face-to-face customer engagement
- Hands-on field orientation and comfort managing a busy schedule of customer visits across a regional territory
- Demonstrated capability in sales planning, execution and account growth within an FMCG or foodservice context preferred
- Organised mindset for tracking opportunities, following up commitments and reporting on territory performance
- Valid driver licence and willingness to travel independently around the Hawke's Bay / Manawatu region of North Island, New Zealand
