Your Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury and workers compensation matters from first contact through to final resolution
- Interview clients, gather evidence and assess claim viability under senior supervision
- Prepare accurate pleadings, correspondence, affidavits and supporting legal documents
- Participate in settlement negotiations, conciliation processes and tribunal appearances as required
- Coordinate with medical experts, barristers and other advisors to strengthen cases
- Provide clear advice to clients on entitlements, progress and next steps
- Maintain thorough file records and ensure compliance with applicable legislation and procedures
Requirements
- Law degree with admission as a solicitor in New South Wales, or graduate eligibility for admission
- Genuine drive and ambition to succeed in a dynamic personal injury environment
- Interest or emerging experience in personal injury or workers compensation work (graduate entry welcomed)
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with solid analytical capability
- Ability to organise multiple files, meet deadlines and attend carefully to detail
- Client-centred attitude combined with readiness to learn from senior Mentors
