What You'll Do

  • Lead your own personal injury and medical malpractice cases from initial client consultation through resolution

  • Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and discovery responses
  • Manage case timelines, deadlines, and procedural requirements
  • Prepare for and conduct depositions and client meetings
  • Collaborate with trial counsel on case strategy and trial preparation
