In this hands-on role, you'll maintain and service heavy equipment fleets, ensuring reliability and safety on every project.

About the Role

As our Heavy Equipment Fuel & Lube Technician, you'll travel to active construction and excavation sites, performing critical preventative maintenance that keeps equipment running smoothly. This isn't a desk job—you'll be on the ground, working directly with field teams to inspect, service, and maintain heavy machinery across multiple states based on project schedules.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on heavy equipment and machinery
  • Perform fuel system servicing, lubrication, and fluid changes
  • Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and mechanical issues
  • Document maintenance activities and equipment conditions
  • Coordinate with project managers and field teams on equipment status
  • Ensure equipment meets safety and compliance standards
  • Travel to project sites across multiple states as assigned

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience with heavy equipment maintenance and service
