About the Role
As a Personal Banker, you'll be the primary financial advisor for retail clients throughout the Salt Lake East District. Your role bridges customer service with financial expertise, helping individuals and families navigate banking products, investment options, and wealth management strategies. You'll work from our Heber City branch, building a portfolio of clients who rely on your guidance for their banking and financial needs.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in Wasatch County
- Conduct financial needs assessments and recommend deposit, lending, and investment solutions tailored to each client's goals
- Process account openings, loan applications, and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Educate clients about banking products, account features, and fraud prevention best practices
- Cross-sell Wells Fargo services including checking, savings, credit cards, mortgages, and wealth management offerings
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies in all client interactions
- Support branch operations and collaborate with lending and administrative teams
- Meet client-facing sales and service goals while maintaining high satisfaction scores
