- Recognize straightforward client needs and introduce basic banking products that align with those needs.
- Maintain clear transaction records and update systems promptly after each client interaction.
- Support branch team goals by referring appropriate follow-up questions to experienced colleagues when required.
- Share simple educational tips that help clients understand available self-service options.
Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer-service experience in retail, hospitality, or related settings is helpful.
