As a Personal Banker I you become a primary contact for walk-in and scheduled visitors, translating customer goals into clear next steps while collaborating with branch colleagues to maintain smooth daily operations. Full-time schedules allow consistent client interactions that strengthen both service quality and personal development in a structured setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and identify their immediate banking requirements through attentive conversation.
• Open new accounts, update existing profiles, and process routine transactions with accuracy.
• Explain available deposit products, payment tools, and related services so customers can choose what fits them best.
• Recognize natural opportunities to introduce additional solutions that align with stated needs and goals.
• Maintain precise documentation of all activity to support compliance and audit readiness.
• Handle cash, checks, and electronic transfers while balancing drawers and following security protocols.
• Follow up after key interactions to confirm satisfaction and resolve any outstanding questions.
• Partner with fellow staff to reach shared service and operational targets for the location.
• Stay current on procedures so every interaction remains efficient and policy-aligned.
