You become the reliable point of contact who opens accounts, educates clients, and keeps everyday banking simple in the communities covered by the 2 Locations posting. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet arriving clients, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate deposit, credit, or cash-management solutions.
• Open new checking, savings, and certificate accounts while completing accurate documentation and identity verification.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, wire requests, and payment transactions with speed and precision.
• Explain fees, interest rates, and account features so clients make informed choices.
• Refer qualified individuals to specialists for home loans, investments, or business banking when appropriate.
• Maintain branch sales targets by proactively spotting opportunities during routine conversations.
• Balance cash, resolve vault discrepancies, and follow security procedures at close of business.
• Update client profiles in the core system and log service requests for timely follow-up.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in finance or business is helpful.
• Prior customer-service or cash-handling experience in retail, hospitality, or financial settings.
• Ability to learn product details quickly and communicate them in plain language.
• Comfort using personal computers, core banking software, and standard office tools.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and professional telephone manner.
• Availability for a full-time weekday schedule that supports branch hours across the 2 Locations.
• Willingness to complete required bank training and maintain confidentiality standards.
