What You'll Do

• Greet arriving clients and process standard transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with speed and accuracy
• Open new accounts by gathering required information and explaining product features so clients choose suitable options
• Listen carefully to customer goals and share knowledge about available services that align with those needs
• Operate and balance a cash drawer at the end of each shift while maintaining complete transaction records
• Collaborate with branch colleagues to answer questions, resolve routine issues, and maintain high service standards
• Follow all internal procedures and external regulations to protect client information and ensure compliant operations
