Performance Reporting Specialist – Fully Remote | Upto $120/hr

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Performance Reporting Specialist to evaluate business intelligence outputs. This is a fully remote contract role for an experienced professional who can assess data visualizations and reporting artifacts against quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated business intelligence artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in dashboards, documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve model outputs
• Apply subject-matter expertise in BI dashboards and performance reporting
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in BI dashboards and performance reporting
• Native or professional fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially presentation tools

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution
