People Operations Generalist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing enterprise software company seeking a People Operations Generalist to join their remote team. This is a critical role supporting employee relations, compliance, and workforce analytics for a distributed organization.

As the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, you will partner closely with managers across the organization to deliver exceptional employee support. You'll manage the full lifecycle of employee concerns—from investigations and leave administration to offboarding processes—while analyzing workforce trends to inform strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, exit surveys, and exit interviews
• Manage the leave-of-absence process and tracking, ensuring compliance with local and federal law
• Oversee the offboarding process, including exit interviews for all departing employees
• Partner closely with managers to ensure consistent, high-quality employee support across the organization
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend action plans that improve engagement and retention
• Lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and state compliance projects
• Craft corporate communications that resonate clearly across all organizational levels
• Provide white-glove employee experience while managing multiple priorities simultaneously

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, including employee relations and program management
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment with professionalism and good judgment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interfacing with all levels of an organization
• High attention to detail and a high degree of empathy in supporting a positive, accommodating employee experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HiBob HRIS
• A passion for teamwork and contributing to the success and reputation of the broader People function
