Oracle is hiring a Patient Accounting and Revenue Cycle Analytics Reporting Consultant to join our Analytics team. This is a full-time position based in the US, supporting healthcare organizations with revenue cycle analytics, migrations, and Oracle Analytics Cloud implementations.
About the Role
The Analytics team builds solutions that help healthcare organizations optimize their patient accounting and revenue cycle operations. As a Reporting Consultant, you'll work directly with customers on complex, time-sensitive initiatives including system migrations, data mapping, and analytics platform onboarding. Your expertise will drive the success of mission-critical healthcare projects across multiple customer deployments.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop patient accounting and revenue cycle reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Support customer migrations by extracting, transforming, and mapping patient accounting and receivables data
- Provide subject matter expertise in patient accounting, accounts receivable, and charge capture processes
- Configure automated workflows for revenue cycle reporting and analytics execution
- Conduct Oracle Analytics Cloud onboarding sessions and provide implementation guidance to customers
- Troubleshoot analytics issues and optimize reporting performance across deployments
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define reporting requirements and data mapping strategies
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of patient accounting, accounts receivable (AR), and revenue cycle management in healthcare
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud or similar healthcare analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to extract, map, and transform healthcare billing and revenue data
- Proficiency in reporting tools and SQL or similar data query languages
- Excellent communication skills for working with healthcare customers and technical teams
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
- Experience supporting healthcare system implementations or migrations is a strong plus
