About the Role

As an Installation Supervisor Training Specialist at KONE, Inc, you will design, deliver, and refine training programs that prepare installation supervisors to lead safe, efficient, and high-quality field operations. This full-time position in Lisle, DuPage County places you at the center of building capability across our installation workforce, ensuring supervisors are equipped with the knowledge and practical skills they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training curricula tailored to installation supervisors and their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Coach and mentor supervisors on installation processes, safety practices, and quality expectations.
• Assess training needs and measure program effectiveness, adjusting content to close skill gaps.
• Partner with field leadership and subject-matter experts to keep training materials current and relevant.
• Support onboarding and ongoing professional development for new and existing supervisory staff.

Qualifications

• Background in installation, field operations, or a related technical discipline within the elevator, escalator, or building solutions industry.
• Demonstrated experience training, coaching, or supervising teams.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear instruction.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work full-time from our Lisle, DuPage County location.
