As an Associate Partner with IBM Consulting in Hampton, you will lead the convergence of business strategy, technology, and AI to transform how clients connect with their customers. Working at the intersection of marketing, operations, and monetization, you will guide organizations as they rethink long-held assumptions about customer engagement and build new, AI-powered pathways to sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead integrated business, technology, and AI transformation programs that modernize customer engagement and marketing.
• Advise clients on dissolving the traditional boundaries between marketing, operations, and revenue generation.
• Shape strategies that apply AI to drive customer growth, deeper engagement, and new monetization models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global IBM teams to deliver end-to-end transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading customer growth, marketing, or digital transformation initiatives at an enterprise scale.
• Strong consulting acumen with the ability to translate AI capabilities into tangible business value.
• Demonstrated success building and sustaining senior client relationships.
• Ability to work on-site at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton in a full-time capacity.
