About the Role
As an Adobe Business Transformation Consultant at IBM, you'll be at the intersection of strategy and execution, working with clients in the marketing technology industry to design and deliver solutions that modernize their customer experience capabilities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current-state operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and architect Adobe-centric transformation roadmaps that drive business impact. Your work will span discovery, planning, implementation support, and change management—all while maintaining the long-term client relationships that define IBM Consulting.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate client marketing technology environments and define transformation strategies aligned with Adobe solutions
- Advise on Adobe platform capabilities, best practices, and implementation approaches for marketing operations and customer experience teams
- Design comprehensive transformation programs that address process, technology, and organizational change
- Lead workshops and strategy sessions with clients to build consensus and roadmaps
- Partner with IBM delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation and adoption
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses demonstrating value of proposed transformations
- Stay current with Adobe innovations and martech industry trends to inform client guidance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience consulting on Adobe marketing solutions and customer experience platforms
- Strong background in business transformation, change management, or enterprise technology strategy
- Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and martech industry challenges
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and client outcomes
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed
