About the Role

As an Associate Partner at IBM Consulting, you'll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client transformation. You'll lead engagements with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to reimagine how organizations acquire, retain, and grow customer relationships in an AI-enabled world. This role combines consulting expertise with hands-on collaboration, requiring you to synthesize complex business challenges into scalable solutions while building enduring client partnerships.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver customer growth transformation strategies that leverage AI, analytics, and digital-first marketing approaches
• Lead client engagements from discovery through implementation, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with IBM technologists, data scientists, and industry specialists to architect integrated solutions addressing customer engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue expansion
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of IBM Consulting's thought leadership in AI-driven marketing transformation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries and geographies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with your consulting practice area

What We're Looking For

• Proven consulting or business transformation experience with enterprise clients
• Deep understanding of marketing strategy, customer analytics, and digital commerce operations
• Familiarity with AI applications in marketing, customer intelligence, and revenue optimization
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level and translate strategy into action
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
