About the Role

As a Senior Managing SAP TM with BN4L Consultant at IBM, you will guide enterprise clients through the design and delivery of SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions, including Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) integration. Based in Old Sixth Ward, Houston, this position centers on building durable client partnerships and steering logistics technology programs from strategy through execution. Working alongside IBM's strategic partners, Red Hat, and the broader IBM technology portfolio, you will help organizations advance their hybrid cloud and AI ambitions and translate them into measurable operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP TM engagements, from solution architecture and blueprinting through configuration and go-live support.
• Implement and optimize BN4L (Business Network for Logistics) capabilities to connect shippers, carriers, and logistics partners.
• Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders across industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IBM teams and strategic partners to deliver hybrid cloud and AI-enabled supply chain outcomes.
• Mentor consultants and provide senior-level direction on complex transportation and logistics programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience configuring and delivering SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions.
• Practical knowledge of Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) and its integration with SAP environments.
• Senior consulting background with a track record of managing client relationships and leading delivery teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technology decisions to business goals.
• Willingness to work on-site in Old Sixth Ward, Houston.
