Core Duties

• Investigate insurance claims by inspecting damaged properties and reviewing claim documentation
• Assess the extent of property damage and determine coverage eligibility under policy terms
• Interview claimants, witnesses, and other parties to gather evidence and verify information
• Prepare detailed written reports documenting findings, damage descriptions, and claim valuations
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders—insurers, claimants, and repair contractors—to facilitate timely claim resolution
• Follow company procedures and applicable state regulations to ensure compliance and professionalism

Who We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Indiana insurance adjuster license, or genuine willingness to obtain one (we support qualified candidates)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and sound judgment in evaluating complex situations
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in the field
• Professional demeanor when representing both the company and policyholders
