About the Role

As a Part-Time Sales Teammate at Rosedale Shopping Center, you bring our guiding mission to life: delivering the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for every Guest. Working alongside Store Management in Roseville, Ramsey County, you'll move between the sales floor, the register, and the stockroom, handling the everyday tasks that keep the store welcoming, well-stocked, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and support Guests to create a positive and enjoyable shopping experience
• Operate the register, process transactions, and follow established cashiering and point-of-sale procedures
• Set up, arrange, and maintain merchandise displays to keep them appealing and organized
• Pull, restock, and replenish products on the sales floor as needed
• Complete routine cleaning and upkeep to keep the store tidy and presentable
• Take on additional sales, merchandising, and operational duties as directed by Store Management

Qualifications

• A genuine commitment to friendly, Guest-first service
• Comfort working as part of a team and following direction from store leadership
• Reliability and attention to detail across cashiering, merchandising, and cleaning tasks
• Willingness to stay active throughout a shift, including standing, organizing, and moving merchandise
• Availability to work on-site in Roseville, Ramsey County (this is not a remote position)
