About the Role

As an Administration Clerk at BakeMark's High Point location, you'll be the backbone of day-to-day plant documentation. From the moment product moves through the facility, your work ensures that data is captured accurately, paperwork flows without bottlenecks, and operations teams have the information they need to stay on track. This is an on-site, full-time position suited to someone who takes genuine pride in accuracy and organization.

What You'll Do

• Input and maintain production and inventory records with a high degree of accuracy
• Prepare, process, and file bills of lading and other shipping and receiving documentation
• Support warehouse and plant teams with general clerical tasks to sustain efficient daily operations
• Organize and manage administrative files, both digital and physical, to ensure quick retrieval
• Coordinate routine correspondence and internal communications as directed
• Identify and flag discrepancies in documentation, escalating issues to the appropriate team members

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse office environment
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, particularly data entry tools and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy setting
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or operations support role is a plus
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving documentation — including bills of lading — is beneficial
