Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking Part-Time Licensed Talk Therapists to provide remote sessions to clients across California. This is a fee-for-service position offering flexible scheduling and comprehensive administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based talk therapy via telehealth to clients throughout California
• Conduct a minimum of 15 client sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability
• Work with diverse client populations including individuals, couples, and children
• Utilize modern clinical technology including telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Participate in clinical consultation and continuous learning opportunities
• Maintain consistent availability to support client continuity of care

What We're Looking For

• Active, independent California license: LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Current residency in California with legal authorization to work in the United States
• Behavioral health generalist background with openness to treating varied presentations
• Comfort with telehealth delivery and electronic health record systems
• Commitment to measurable client outcomes and evidence-based practice
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week with flexibility for client scheduling needs
• Collaborative mindset and interest in being part of a clinical community

Pay

This is a W2 fee-for-service position. Compensation varies based on licensure type, session volume, and performance opportunities. Benefits include guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and continuing education reimbursement.
