Part Time Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Fee For Service

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking a Part-Time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their remote clinical team in Washington State. This fee-for-service role offers 15–20 clinical hours per week serving a diverse patient population with conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health diagnoses. You'll work primarily with adults and adolescents ages 14 and up through a fully remote telemedicine platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine on an ongoing basis
• Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate to reduce mental health symptoms
• Develop and collaborate with patients on individualized care plans
• Complete required clinical documentation, paperwork, and assessment tools
• Adhere to established clinical practice guidelines and treatment standards
• Consult with regional clinical leadership on patient care and program development
• Complete in-house training on ADHD treatment protocols and related clinical standards
• Accept and treat patients across a range of mental health presentations without quotas

What We're Looking For

• Active Washington State license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification
• Master's degree in Nursing with current prescriptive authority in Washington State
• Minimum one year of psychiatric practice experience required
• Must be currently residing in Washington State
• Three years of total clinical experience preferred
• Familiarity with AdvancedMD EMR is a plus
• Willingness to treat patients aged 14 and older
• Commitment to providing evidence-based, ethical telehealth care
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available

Pay

This is a W-2 fee-for-service position. Based on 15–20 clinical hours per week, the compensation range at the client organization is $71,000–$102,000 annually. Actual pay depends on clinical productivity and hours worked.
