Clinical Provider (Broome – Australia)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential mental health technology organization operating across Australia and international markets. We are expanding their provider network and seeking experienced coaches, counsellors, and psychologists in the Broome region to deliver telehealth and onsite services to employees of partnered organizations.

This role offers genuine flexibility—whether you want to supplement your existing private practice or pursue a structured career pathway. You'll work with a diverse client base spanning local businesses through to global Fortune 500 companies, with minimal administrative burden and built-in professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and/or onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy-style consultations offering general advice (not treatment)
• Deliver Critical Incident Stress Programme (CISP) services virtually or onsite as needed
• Facilitate webinars and in-person seminars (optional)
• Support employees with wellbeing, stress management, and resilience building
• Collaborate with internal clinical teams to enhance employee assistance programmes

What We're Looking For

For Counsellors:

• Master's degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology
• Active membership/registration with ACA (Australian Counselling Association) or PACFA (Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia)
• 1–3 years of supervised counselling experience (internship counts if part of licensure pathway)

For Clinical Psychologists:

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from an APAC-accredited program
• General registration with AHPRA (Psychology Board of Australia)
• Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology preferred (or in progress via Registrar Program)
• 1–3 years of supervised clinical practice

Valued Experience:

• Work with First Nations / Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities
• Managerial or leadership support (coaching managers, HR advisory)
• Prior EAP or workplace counselling experience
• Additional language capabilities
• Flexibility for occasional onsite sessions
• Willingness for Police Check and/or Working With Children Check (only if client-requested)
