Position Summary

As a Cook at Sawmill Creek Resort, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and kitchen sanitation. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of food items to order, delivering meals promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain meticulous cleanliness and sanitation standards for all cookware and food preparation surfaces
• Follow all food hygiene and health safety regulations to protect guest health and comply with local codes
• Work collaboratively with the broader food and beverage team to deliver seamless dining experiences
• Stock and organize cooking equipment and ingredients for efficient, organized kitchen operations
