About the Role

As Warehouse Dispatcher at Six Flags, you'll be the communication and documentation backbone of our warehouse operations. Working closely with warehouse leadership, you'll own inventory tracking, process paperwork, and coordinate all team communications to keep operations running efficiently and on schedule.

What You'll Do

• Track and update inventory data to maintain accurate stock levels and records
• Handle all warehouse documentation, including invoices, requisition forms, employee records, and attendance logs
• Serve as the primary communication hub, managing phone and radio systems for the department
• File and organize critical documents to ensure quick retrieval and compliance
• Maintain meticulous records that support warehouse management and decision-making
• Coordinate with warehouse leadership to identify and solve operational bottlenecks
