About the Role

As a Seasonal Customer Assistance Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers renting or leasing vehicles. During the peak season, you'll handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining our commitment to service excellence. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our rental facility.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers with rental inquiries and transactions
• Process rental agreements and explain terms, conditions, and insurance options to customers
• Address customer questions about available vehicle types, rates, and rental policies
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures throughout each customer interaction
• Support the team in ensuring outstanding customer experience from arrival to departure
