- Partner with cross-functional teams—product managers, designers, and backend engineers—to translate requirements into polished, accessible interfaces
- Champion code quality, testing rigor, and performance optimization in daily development
- Contribute to long-term front-end technology roadmap decisions and strategic planning
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience developing production React and Redux applications
- Demonstrated expertise architecting scalable front-end systems and leading technical decisions
- Experience mentoring developers and fostering strong engineering teams
- Mastery of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web performance principles
- Prior experience in government technology, regulated industries, or enterprise-scale systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to obtain or maintain US Suitability/Public Trust clearance
